Catena – one of Sweden’s best workplaces

Logistics property company Catena now ranked as one of Sweden’s best workplaces.

Catena is now on the recently published list of medium-sized organisations. The results are based on employees’ own experiences of their workplaces. Behind the distinction is the organisation, Great Place to Work, which carries out the world’s biggest annual employee survey.

“We’re delighted and proud to be one of the best workplaces in the country. Catena is a growing company with aggressive goals for the future, and it’s crucial for us that current and future employees alike feel at home and are able to grow with us,” says Jörgen Eriksson, CEO at Catena.

As many as 90 percent of the company’s employees think that Catena is a very good workplace. Catena also stands out on the list with a score of 97 percent for statements regarding fairness.

“The distinction is proof but no guarantee - we continue to work on improving our workplace and supporting the positive culture and high level of commitment here on a daily basis,” says Malin Nissen, Head of HR at Catena.
