With new possibilities to plan and optimise flows through digitalisation, artificial intelligence and automation, enterely new opportunites open up. With functioning coordination between facilities and increased transparency resources can be used more efficiently. This is an prerequisite for a functioning society in which goods and cargo in constant movement must be optimally positioned in the logistics network to meet demands in terms of on-time delivery, cost and climate footprint.
In our network of properties you can find terminals for immediate transshipment, logistics warehouses for storage, distribution centers and omni warehouses as well as facilities for city logistics. Our warehousing points are flexible and adaptable parts of a complex and changing ecosystem.
Long-term ownership lays the foundation for development
One of Catena's strengths is that we are a long-term property owner with a business concept including both property development and property management. We conduct innovative new production projects but also stay on as an active and committed manager when the facility is in place. Shaping the future together with our customers and remaining close to them, to be a step ahead when needs and the world around us change, represents part of the eternal horizon with witch we view our properties and tenant relationships alike.
