All of Stockholm Syd is owned by Catena, other private operators and the municipalities of Nykvarn and Södertälje. There are also plans for a truck stop where transporters can not only refuel or charge but also rest, eat and shower.
It's easy to commute to Stockholm South by both public transport and car. In addition, everything you need to manage your everyday life is available in the immediate area.
Catena's development of Stockholm South enters the next phase. The building permit has been granted and in spring 2023 all terracing work will be completed. That means we are ready to start construction. In the first stage of the construction process we plan for facilities with a building area of approximately 35,000 square meters.

On April 5 2022, we celebrated that we are beginning to prepare for Catena's establishments.
Representative from the Nykvarn municipality, David Schubert, and Catena's CEO Jörgen Eriksson spoke at the festivities. The guests also got to witness the blasting work live.
