Sörred Logistics Park, a joint venture between Catena and Platzer, has signed an agreement to sell a property in Gothenburg.

Catena and Platzer have, through their joint venture Sörred Logistic Park, signed an agreement to sell the property Sörred 8:16 in Sörred Logistics Park in Hisingen, Gothenburg. The buyer is Savills IM’s European Urban Logistics & Industrial Fund (”EULIF”) and the underlying property value amounts to SEK 385 million before the deduction of deferred taxes. Savills is scheduled to take possession of the property on 1 July 2025. The property has a lettable area of approximately 14,850 sqm and is fully let through a 10-year lease with Volvo Personvagnar AB, the annual rent is SEK 19.3 million. The logistics facility is newly built and will be certified BREEAM-SE Excellent. It also has a photovoltaic system with a capacity of 500 kW.
Sörred Logistic Park is a joint venture between Catena and Platzer (as a result of Catena’s acquisition of Bockasjö in 2023), with each party holding 50 percent ownership. Together, the company has developed approximately 136,000 sqm logistics space, on five properties. Platzer has already acquired three of the properties and has the option to assume the last remaining property within the joint venture, Sörred 8:15, on market terms.
