Catena and Platzer have, through their joint venture Sörred Logistic Park, signed a 10-year lease with Speed Group regarding a new logistics facility.

Sörred Logistic Park welcomes Speed Group as a tenant. The logistics company will be establishing a base at a newly built logistics facilitiy, which comprises 30,000 m² on the Sörred 8:15 property. The lease agreement is for 10 years and includes a Green Appendix. Occupancy is expected to start on 1 July 2026. It’s planned that the building will be certified in accordance with BREEAM-SE Excellent and be built with CO2-reduced concrete and a recycled steel framework. A 500-kW photovoltaic system will be installed.
Sörred Logistic Park is a joint venture between Catena and Platzer (as a result of Catena’s acquisition of Bockasjö in 2023), with each party holding 50 percent ownership. Platzer has already acquired three out of five properties in the joint venture and has the option to assume 100 percent ownership of the remaining properties in the area, on market terms. The properties Sörred 8:15 and Sörred 8:16 remains within the joint venture.
Sörred Logistic Park will be fully let with the agreement with Speed Group.
