Catena has successfully completed issuance of SEK 3.25 billion in green bonds
Catena has, under its MTN programme, issued senior unsecured green bonds totalling SEK 3.25 billion with maturities of two, three, and five years.

The bond loans consist of a floating two-year loan amounting to SEK 750 million with interest rate of 3-month STIBOR +0.75%, a floating and a fixed three-year loan amounting to SEK 500 million and SEK 1,000 million with interest rate of STIBOR +0.93% and MS +0.93%, respectively, and a floating five-year loan amounting to SEK 1,000 million with interest rate of 3-month STIBOR +1.23%. The proceeds from the issuance will be used partly for the repayment of outstanding bonds maturing in July 2026 and the repayment of bridge financing previously communicated, all in accordance with Catena's green bond framework.
