Catena ranked best in its segment in customer survey

In the Fastighetsbarometern 2025 customer survey, Catena achieved the highest score of all real estate companies in the warehouse/industrial segment that participated.

At Catena, we take a long-term perspective – both in terms of properties and tenant relations. With a competent and proactive property management organization in the regions, we ensure close cooperation with our customers and can act quickly when needed.

In this year's customer survey, Fastighetsbarometern, we achieved a customer satisfaction index of 81 – the highest of all property companies in the warehouse/industrial segment that participated in the survey! The result gives us energy and confirms that our model and our everyday work are effective – every day. We shape the future together with our customers.

Our tenants have widely varying needs, and the handling of goods and cargo varies depending on where they are in the logistics network. Our specialization in logistics properties may seem narrow, but in practice it is much broader because we offer different types of facilities.
