Building A at Logistics Position Ramlösa certified according to BREEAM Excellent

At Logistics Position Ramlösa in Helsingborg, Catena is developing three state-of-the-art logistics buildings with the goal of creating a future-proof logistics hub. The first building, Building A, has now been certified according to BREEAM-SE v6.0 with a rating of Excellent – an important milestone in our work to build sustainably and for the long term.

The property is also being certified according to NollCO₂, and significant focus has been placed on reducing climate impact. Through climate-improved material choices and circular material flows, the project’s carbon footprint has been reduced to 234 kgCO₂e/m² GFA for stages A–C.

• A 500 kWp solar power installation delivers approximately 460,000 kWh of renewable electricity per year, and the building achieves energy class A.
• An innovative rainwater system covers about 50% of the water demand by reusing roof water for toilet flushing.
• To strengthen local biodiversity, we have minimized paved surfaces, created 4,300 m² of meadow, and established new habitats for species on the site.
