Lekia and Rugvista have moved in
Lekia has now moved into the 18,665 sqm logistics facility developed by Catena on the property. The facility will be certified according to Miljöbyggnad Silver, and solar panels have been installed on the roof.

On the same property, we have signed a nine-year lease agreement with the e-commerce company Rugvista.
Rugvista’s facility covers 13,700 sqm and will also be environmentally certified. Solar panels have been installed on the roof here as well. Rugvista has established its headquarters in the new premises, which now house warehouse, logistics, and a large office area.
