Sörred Logistics Park, a joint venture between Catena and Platzer, has signed an agreement to sell a property in Gothenburg.

The property Sörred 8:15 is being acquired by Platzer. The acquisition is being carried out in accordance with the purchase option held by Platzer in the jointly owned JV company with Catena, which gives Platzer priority to acquire completed projects at market terms. The purchase price is based on an underlying property value of SEK 570 million, before the deduction of deferred taxes. The property comprises 29,700 square metres of logistics space and is fully let. The building is intended to be environmentally certified in accordance with BREEAM Excellent and is equipped with solar panels. Possession is scheduled preliminarily for 1 July 2026.
Sörred Logistic Park is a joint venture between Catena and Platzer (as a result of Catena’s acquisition of Bockasjö in 2023), with each party holding 50 percent ownership. Together, the company has developed approximately 136,000 sqm logistics space, on five properties. Platzer has previously acquired properties within the joint venture, and this is the final remaining property to be acquired under Platzer’s option to acquire completed projects on market terms.
