New Regional Manager at Catena  

To ensure that Catena’s property operations are conducted in close interaction with customers and local players, they are organised into five regions. Fredrik Renå has been appointed as the new Regional Manager for Malmö.

Fredrik Renå will take over as the new Regional Manager for Malmö on 1 May 2020. Fredrik holds an MBA and has a solid background in property, most recently as a Real Estate Manager at Catena for four years and, prior to that, from Tribona where he worked as a Real Estate Economist and Real Estate Manager for six years.

“With a strong focus on site and project development and very good relations with businesses and local communities, Fredrik will be able to apply his expertise to our continued successful development efforts in the region,” says Catena’s CEO Benny Thögersen.

Fredrik succeeds Jörgen Eriksson, who is taking on a new role as Deputy CEO/Head of Business and Property at Catena in accordance with an earlier press release.
