Catena leases to Solid Försäkring AB – business in southern Helsingborg is buzzing

Solid Försäkring AB is also moving into the magnificent eight-storey building on Landskronavägen, acquired by Catena in 2017. There is currently a great deal of activity in the property, a highly-visible landmark in Råå, Helsingborg.

Solid Försäkring is part of the Resurs Group, which includes Resurs Bank. The company is a market leader in insurance solutions for retail capital goods and a major player in travel and roadside assistance insurance. The company will move into its new premises in Råå in November 2018.

“With the number of employees in the Resurs Group having increased, we have grown out of our existing premises on Ekslingan in Helsingborg. We look forward to moving into our new offices during the autumn. Floors four and five in the office section are being adapted for Solid Försäkring. The property also houses industrial and logistics premises and the entrance level contains a restaurant that is open to the public. Since Catena acquired the property last year, ten new tenants have moved in.

“As the property fills up with tenants, we are renovating and modernizing it. In addition to the business potential we perceive, it feels very positive for Catena to be able to contribute to maintaining an active business community in the area and to nurturing a building that has set its stamp on Helsingborg’s urban profile for decades,” says Göran Jönsson, Regional Manager Helsingborg at Catena.

The property, with its characteristic eight-storey building, is strategically located adjacent to the E4/E6 motorway in southern Helsingborg, has slightly more than 25,000 square metres of space and was built between 1958 and 1990. The office building was designed in 1974 by Danish architects Bengt Blasberg and Henrik Jais-Nielsen.
